Fiber Trends design by Bev Galeskas. Sizes: Child's small,
medium, large and adult small, medium and large. To fit head
sizes up to 16" (17¾", 19¼, 21", 22½", 24"). Exact size is controlled during felting, making it
easy to customize the fit.
- Yarn Requirements: Sport weight yarn. 120 (140, 170, 200, 230, 260) yards of main color (MC) and 35 (40, 50, 60, 70) yards of contrast color (CC). Needles: US size 8 (5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular needle and a set of double pointed needles in the same size. You will also need a spare 16" (40 cm) circular at least 2 sizes smaller than the working needle. Unfelted Gauge: 17 sts and 24 rows = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
